These terms describe the basic rules for using EZScribe. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for content you have the right to process.
Use of the service
EZScribe provides tools for converting audio and video into text, captions, and subtitle files. You are responsible for the files, links, recordings, and transcript content you submit or create.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and minutes
Pro plans include a monthly amount of Pro transcription minutes. Unused monthly minutes may not carry over unless explicitly stated. Billing, cancellation, and payment method updates are managed through Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not use EZScribe to process content you do not have rights to use, to violate privacy rights, to abuse the service, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the product.
Accuracy and availability
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, speaker clarity, and background noise. EZScribe is provided on an as-available basis, and results may require human review before publication or professional use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of EZScribe after updates means you accept the revised terms.
